Landlords or Scamlords?

Myself and many other Maritimers are finding themselves in a very stressful situation! With rent increasing and vacancies decreasing landlords are increasing rent and doing mass evictions… Only my landlord didn’t give us an option or warning and I can only assume discriminating against me and mine for being Anglophone.

Been watching my landlord install new appliances, painting, cabinets, and windows in the 2 other units around us, did a demo/reno in the basement over the last 2 weeks (he even asked and received my help with installing the windows last weekend)… Then he had someone install the windows in our place, immediately afterwards we got a notice to vacate after never having any issues, was never told we did anything wrong, and never had any complaints against us.

We were actually told “the guy I had working inside your apartment (while we were away) noticed the baseboard heater in the backroom was left on and it was being used for storage with stuff in front of the heater. This along with OTHER issues is the reason for eviction” – nobody had been home in 3 days and the room they were saying the heater was on in hasn’t been used since the summer and I’m positive the heat was not on in there.

Got in the car on the way to work this morning after getting the news and I’m listening to people tell stories about mass evictions and rent increases all around the greater Moncton area.

Rent was $875 a month heat/lights included so it’s a very good deal despite the internet speeds being messed up and not having fibre op available. This in my mind justifies the cheaper rent. However, I would have even been willing to pay a little bit more.

Seems to me that there is an ulterior motive to evicting us. My mother is 70 years old and is confined to a wheelchair, I’m a father who works Monday to Friday and has his 3 y/o son all weekend, and I see the landlord and his family on the regular as one of his children who is my age lives next door. He also resides up the road and is constantly going work on different projects in the yard and around the house.

Never once has there ever been mention of the possibility of eviction this winter only a month before Christmas and immediately after the first snowfall. This is a very trying time of the year for so many people and I’m not able to get the government funding like everyone else seems to easily get.

Needless to say I’m totally stressing out and worrying about getting a new place that is suitable for myself, my young son, and my handicap mother to live before the bad weather really sets in and before this possibly effects my relationship with my child and/or my mother’s mental/physical wellbeing.

No idea as to why it happened I can only think it’s because I’m surrounded on all sides by Francophones and seeing the last 2 tenants who’ve moved in be Francophone has me wondering if my family and I are being stereotyped against, among many other worries… I cannot for the life of me figure out how 4 days ago I’m helping install windows, assisting in loading new appliances, and then immediately after I find employment I’m evicted, with zero warning and seemingly zero issues.

Police Answer a Domestic – Then Force Entry Without Permission and Seize $75,000

Police in Vancouver seize a woman’s life savings and because her BF has a “history” it is called drug money.

Police busted into her house to arrest her BF, but she didn’t tell them to “go in there”. Then $75,110 goes missing from a hiding spot in the babies nursery and police claim it to be the proceeds of crime.
Mostly large bills that tested positive for cocaine residue. Let’s be honest though, most bills have all sorts of drug residue on them and from personal experience cocaine users prefer to use a large bills when they can as it’s seen to be “cleaner” and sometimes in drug/street culture as dumb as it sounds, it’s viewed as a status symbol.

In the article it says “VPD arrested her “erratic” boyfriend and in the headline says it was a “domestic dispute”, however the article said that the woman said she did NOT give the police permission to go/force themselves into the house.

It’s a very confusing situation because once you call the police for assistance in a domestic issue they’re obviously going to do something like this, but they searched her house for seven hours afterwards and refused to let her back inside.

There’s no way to prove that money was indeed the proceeds of crime and not in fact her life savings as is claimed…

In my mind the police should give the money back, that’s how the law is supposed to work. They’re each their own Individual person and one if the alleged “drug dealer” isn’t claiming the money, then the money is her’s.

Maybe it is her life savings like she claims?

Maybe she squirreled what she could away for year’s! Just to secure her’s and her children’s future incase anything bad ever happened and she was left to care for them alone.

Could some of the money have came from drugs? Once again that’s their word against hers, it’s not fair to assume that’s how all that money was made.

It seems more and more the police and authorities can do whatever they want to “Protect” the public. $75k isn’t going to be a great threat to the public if it is left “on the streets” (as the police like to call it) even if it was in the hands of dangerous criminals, I doubt that money would result in harming or affecting one innocent civilian or anyone else for that matter.

Let the woman have the money and get on with it. I truly don’t see this as a justified seizure of property and it really makes one worry/wonder…
What’s to stop the authorities from just doing this to anyone, at anytime, and anyplace as a way of making some extra money or just screwing someone over?

I mean nothing other than the trust we put into different agencies and groups within the established world. There’s literally nothing stopping that power from being abused and in reality the police could just claim any stack of cash they come across as “proceeds of crime”. Not to mention there is NO ONE to look into crimes done by police besides, well, other police…

This isn’t even the RCMP, it’s the city police the Vancouver Police Department (VPD)

The whole concept of internal investigation seems proposterous and unrealistic in my mind, always has, always will.

This case seems fishy to me and I’ll be following along to see the results and anymore information that is released to the public.

Even though I doubt there will be anymore.

Texas Student Shares School Assignment On Their PERSONAL Heroes – Immediately Sparks Outrage

So global is reporting on what kids in Texas do their essays on now?

I bet they can find a lot more messed up content than that in children’s / highschool (even college) writing. I simply view Kyle Rittenhouse as a young man who got involved in a shit storm and anyone who wants to view him “as a hero” has the right to… Whether we agree or not!

Everyone who was out causing trouble that night put themselves in danger – any adult that was in that parking lot and on that street that night knew the dangers and accepted responsibilities.

Like come on! Mainstream media needs to stop kicking a dead horse, they aren’t going to get any different reaction. Gonna need some new material…

Switching back and forth between Floyd, Rittenhouse, and the nut with the knife isn’t doing it.

They’ve barely ran a story on those 2 LA cops that got shot in the face yet? Maybe they can find a way to make them the bad guys, while they were sitting around doing nothing, but eating donuts and listening to the radio.

I find it absolutely ridiculous…

A kid shares his class assignment and beliefs online and is targeted by other students and their parents? Watch the next thing we wi hear about this is some kind of leftist BS white hate smear campaign and the kid and his whole family will magically come out as “racists” and long standing members of the KKK or something… Maybe they’ll find a “noose” in his locker. 🙄

What’s to stop the discrimination coming towards this student now? Before it was one students opinion and belief against another’s… Which is a way of learning and educating amongst peers in a normal school setting.

Now that parents and the faculty of the school have sided with the “Snowflakes” and sensitive parents it opens the door for the child who wrote the assignment to be labelled as “Wrong” or “Racist” when in reality all they did was share their opinion and beliefs on who their heroes are.

The student either really means what they wrote or they just wrote it as a gimmick to enrage others around them (which I wouldn’t doubt I today’s world) it makes perfect sense to try and get some attention that way with everything that is going on in the news and online

We should all be allowed to lay claim to whoever we want as our “personal” heroes, even if they do seem to prickle the tempers of others around us… It’s up to this child’s parents to police and address anything they seem right or wrong – just because an essay was shared online doesn’t mean it can be #Cancelled

Then again, that seems to be precisely the way our lives are going… It seems that it only takes a small percentage of loud, obnoxious, and fragile people to get upset and completely shutdown or cancel something someone else has created or simply believes in.

I’m sure there are better people and more appropriate people for a highschool student to label as their Hero… But, there was other names on the list, men whom are far above the status of Kyle Rittenhouse, Kyle is just normal citizen who has all that negative attention in the media.

Obviously, this is an attention grab and a shocking statement this student wanted to make and it worked.

It’s just weird that adults and Canadian media outlets and using it for their leftist white hate narrative.

If you’re peacefully protesting… Should you be chasing a young individual up the street?

Speaking STRICTLY from a legal POV; This tragic and pointless waste of human life is going to make for a complicated web of legal issues for courts, prosecutors, and defnders to untangle

Regardless of offenses it’s not within a PEACEFUL protestors rights or privileges to pursue or attempt to apprehend ANYONE.

Wisconsin is an open carry state, individuals are legally allowed to defend themselves, the minimum age to open carry within the state of Wisconsin is 18 years old.

Law enforcement cannot enforce restrictions to firearms, firearms laws, nor can they prohibit the carrying of a firearm in Wisconsin due to state laws.

That gives the young individual involved the legal right to possess the firearm, The legal right to defend themselves, and it gives them the legal right to be on the streets – the same as the protesters.

Is what this young Individual did right? Maybe not?

Is it sad people died? Yes.

Does this have anything to do with race, racism, or the human rights movement? Not unless the shooter comes forward and states it does.

This is an extremely unique legal case and I’m very interested to see the outcome…

In these trying times with such mass amounts of public strife and outcry we are bound to see events like this…

There’s always been laws around citizens arrests, self-defense, and protection.

Remember just because something is legal, does not make it right.

At one point slavery was legal and promoted, at one point concentration camps were legal, at one point anti-semitic behavior was legal, at one point certain religions were illegal, different cultural beliefs very legal, and not very long ago many of these things were punishable by death!

Let’s all be mindful of everything that is going on and not be so quick to condemn and pass judgment.

Humans are humans regardless of occupation, ethnicity, or belief.

We can all discern right from wrong and we all have the ability to tell the good guys from the bad guys.

August 12th – The Day Walmart ‘ENFORCED’ Masks

“As I get nearer the Walmart doors; I can hear a worker saying- “welcome to Walmart folks! Hope you brought your mask, today’s the day!” followed by a few other jovial/happy-go -lucky phrases such as; “Sorry miss, you and your kids are going to need a mask…” – it was absolutely shocking to me that nobody else appeared to notice what was going on outside…”

Here’s the main entrance and greeter of Walmart Canada Moncton, NB – August 12th, 2020

All the while he wore a “genuine” smile and had a twinkle in his eye (imo)! I was appalled to say the least! Especially, when I turned the corner and realized this GREETER was in full view of the RCMP making an arrest on an ALLEGED (repeat) sexual predator. Nobody seemed to notice, nobody seemed to care… Everyone was too concerned about the politics surrounding “Masks” to notice from what I could tell!

This was the scene as I walked towards Walmart…

As I approached the store I noticed general commotion, I overheard a young couple and a few other bystanders- having trivial arguments and bickering with the greeter… It wasn’t until I inquired that I found out what was really going on – I asked the workers, they all said they had no idea – it wasn’t until I asked a woman I recognized who was there with her two young children that I heard but it allegedly happened…

Just heard from a source that there was an alleged case of child sexual harassment and or assault that took place here at Walmart Canada (Moncton, NB)

It did NOT involve an employee or anyone associated with Walmart’s staff (so I was told)

I didn’t get the chance to lay eyes on the “suspect” or alleged “pervert” but I was told he is a “repeat offender” and frequencies Walmart location and is known for such a behavior…

My question is if this is known why has nothing been done about it?

Why are these types of people freely allowed to roam our communities and hide behind the OFTEN facade of mental illness!

If it truly is a “mental” illness – then SOMETHING needs to be done.

God forbid a child or vulnerable person was assaulted; and after the assault for example they come forward, explain the situation, and then we go back to review the cameras and CANNOT identify the perpetrator because of MASKING RULES!

Masks are not required by EMS, RCMP, and Pharmacists according to what I noticed – happy to see some occupations are allowed to apply logic and reason (the pharmacy workers and officers had PPE ready and available)

It took self control and discipline for me to not get involved or approach the police vehicle’s with questions… I shop her with my family, soon my son will be old enough to go to the bathroom alone, maybe check out the toy aisle…

Do we really need to fear that pedophiles and perverts are FREELY and KNOWINGLY allowed to roam our PUBLIC stores that are owned by massive corporations who have the means and SHOULD have plenty of cause to put up signage, put up posters, let these sickos know they are NOT welcome in your stores!

I will not tolerate this open and heinous form of DELIBERATE “ignorance” – there’s NO legal way anyone can claim to not know about the growing probably or “conspiracies” as some like to call them…

Stocking the NEW displays for the sale of “mandatory” masks at the entrance of their stores – for a small fee (and sometimes free) you can get yourself a basic “medical” mask.

It’s no secret that even the “BEST” and most reserved and respectful members of society are having a tough go in these trying times!

These are “at risk” members of society (they need to be more than monitored IMO)- They are LITERAL perverts and PREDATORS who need to be watched, monitored, and DEALT with in whatever means our great nation’s legal system sees fit…

I personally like the ideas of bringing back capital punishment, lethal injections, longer sentances, and even chemical castration (along with a LENGTHY sentence) –

ANY and ALL available means must be taken to protect our most vulnerable members of society!

It’s not just the children that are in danger (although they’re who I worry about most) our seniors are in danger, our mentally ill are in danger, our young men and women are in danger!

In the spirit of remaining “politically correct” and retaining my rights and “PRIVILEGES” of free speech – I will remain objective and not let my emotions and passion on this subject shine throw my work…

But, we all know something needs to be done and enough is enough! I’ve kept quiet about the subject because of all the pizza gate and pedo gate stuff that’s going around…

I find it completely shameful that most people are instantly condemning ANYONE who even speaks on these subjects – most are brushed off as “conspiracy theorists”, “tin foil hats”, and much worse!

Maybe some of these people, the more rational one’s (of course) should be listened to and at least “ENTERTAINED” –

I KNOW MYSELF AND MANY OTHERS FIND IT EXTREMELY STRANGE THERE’S NEVER BEEN A PUBLIC INQUIRY…

I’m “just sayin” – there NEEDS to be conversation and discussions surrounding these topics…

And they MUST be done by official entities and organizations! Stop dismissing ANYONE who even mentions these disgusting ideas…

Why do we have to read the “fine print” to get the answer we are truly searching for?

It “technically” is out there for everyone to see, it’s just obscured or “hidden” behind a wall of “misinformation” and this is one of the big problems.
My grandma and grandfather aren’t going to have the ability or means to SEARCH and really DIG to the bottom of “things”.
It’s all a business and anyone who tries to tell the truth is labelled as “crazy”, “hyper”, “unhinged”, “Looney”, “on drugs”, “tin foil hat”, or the new trend “conspiracy theorist”…

There was a time when people who questioned ANY of the occasional false narratives or corrupt agendas ran by the “elite”, “media moguls”, “authoritarians”, or the all mighty and all powerful “They” – lately if you don’t keep your cool or conform to PC culture it seems you can’t even have your say or even be “involved” with the “real world” now it seems these people are humiliated and treated like that fella from ancient aliens…

It’s all getting quite scary and I understand why people are so DEFENSIVE or OFFENSIVE about, well EVERYTHING!

Instead of sitting down and talking with one another – This new cancel culture, with a little bit of political correctness sprinkled on top… Has seemingly turned us all into irritable, narrow-minded, intolerable “zealots” and I’ve even seen the term “Marxist” thrown around lately… It’s getting #Ridiculous

-These are VERY scary times and we all like to feel safe/protected in our houses, with our video games, tv, media, and fast food.. But, simply because you see someone bettering themselves, making a difference, being “different”, or going against the grain shouldn’t make ya wanna hurt them or hold them back… It should make you HAPPY and PROUD! Positive emotions, unless it hurts you if course..?

I see this constantly!

It drives me absolutely insane!

My friends, family, co-workers, and acquaintances alike seem to be ATTACKING each other or “throwing” each other “under the bus” so to speak…

All at each other’s “throats” and jockeying for authority. It’s mostly over trivial shit from what I observe… Meaningless shifts in authority, financial tirades, wounded pride, and powerful egos (we all see it, we just ignore it) We all judge the strangers and people we don’t know…

Yet, We hide all the “skeletons” each of us have hidden in our own closets – almost EVERYONE I know has some personal horror story or domestic issue that they keep “hidden” or “discreet”… I’ve seen people shun their closest friend simply for trying to seek help on an embarassing issue! It’s disgusting behavior and it’s everywhere; in our homes, work place, government, and the very infrastructure and facilities of our natuon.

EVERYONE pretends to be the perfect “Sears catalog” family… When most of us are just as bad as the people we condemn.

ALL of these personal and “domestic” issues translate into professional life and all these business-type people, elites, and authoritarians are; “just as human, as the next person.” – we are all equal – we are all born naked, and people should be judged on their personal achievements and merits! Not on what mud the people who don’t like them can sling or the rumors their rivals spread.

Narcissism and egotistical mindsets run rampant in our world… It’s become part of culture, It’s become a way of life, It’s sadly become the norm – When everyone complains about social media or kids spending too much time on their cell phone… In my opinion what they’re really complaining about is the lack of human empathy and interpersonal relations we have in today’s world.

Be careful about where, who, and what you get your “news” from… It won’t be long before you can’t trust the news you read, the things you hear, and what you see (on a screen). It’s getting harder and harder to believe it, we have SO much! – Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, WhatsApp, Zoom, Skype, MSN Instant Messenger, etc.

I love each and everyone of you equally as much as I hate you…

Spanish Flu, Legionaries Disease, & COVID19 – The New Political Campaign

Here’s a few points I’ve been considering lately…

Tam, Trudeau, Ford, Singh, and many other “popular” politicans work together/are one in the same.

I haven’t even heard JMS make a statement in months? Where is he?

We just had a whole bunch of provincial days and BARELY anything was done for them…

It’s so obvious that all of this is political – the big Canadian election is in 2023 (they’re all watch the Americans fight/prep for OCTOBER inorder to figure out what they should do)

I can state “I got 80 new cases of beer.” However, I’m not drunk until I actually drink the beer…

These numbers are nothing anymore and that is why nobody is sharing them like they were.

Looking back today… All the hype seems to die down over emergencies or “pandemics” as the politics die down.

A few statistics on legionnaire’s disease and the Spanish flu

It makes me wonder what’s worse… The sickness or the propaganda?

Diseases and sickness have killed people since the beginning of time. Now the information spreads faster than a virus and it’s twice as dangerous.

Legionnaires’ disease was covered up by the rich and powerful back in the day… Dignitaries caught it at a convention in Philadelphia in 1976, For a few days they had private doctors coming around, Trying to keep it hush hush.

Before long they were spreading it around and blaming it on the next poor sod.
Once doctors and the general public figured out this particular outbreak started at an American legion convention things got political. And the name legionnaires disease was dubbed.

Similar story with the Spanish flu (although much worse and much more wide spread) and it isn’t really even “Spanish” the Spanish flu is largely believed to have originated in Kansas and was a result of soldiers traveling to and from with poor living conditions and hygiene.

San Francisco and Philly attempted to implement masking rules and even issued fines, sold masks, and mobs prowled the street either for or against certain mandates and theories.

It’s all craziness and I say we should all just live it one day at a time and take care of yourself and those you love. Be kind to your neighbors and protect against those who wish you, your family, and your country harm.

NY Times & MSNBC Finally Agree – Gates/Epstein, What Have They Done?

Somehow, it’s all so very believable But, here we are! Back to “Real Life” (if you can call it that!)

Is this real life? It’s like a crazy novel and S.K, Tom Clancy, and Richard Morgan are writing the world’s new plot 🤷‍♂️

But, today… THEY DID!

This is a historical and completely “revealing” turn of events and should not be brushed off lightly…

Young men and women were “allegedly” made to suffer at the hands and for the “expense” of these DISGUSTING individuals and their SICK fantasies!

In my eyes EVERYONE’S “innocent until proven guilty” but this one really makes it hard to give the “benefit of doubt” because this has been going on and on…

After all! Bill Gates has his own multi-million dollar Private Jet…

Why would he ever need to use another rich persons jet, fly over international waters, and visit with a VILLIAN this bad?
