Texas Student Shares School Assignment On Their PERSONAL Heroes – Immediately Sparks Outrage

So global is reporting on what kids in Texas do their essays on now?

I bet they can find a lot more messed up content than that in children’s / highschool (even college) writing. I simply view Kyle Rittenhouse as a young man who got involved in a shit storm and anyone who wants to view him “as a hero” has the right to… Whether we agree or not!

Everyone who was out causing trouble that night put themselves in danger – any adult that was in that parking lot and on that street that night knew the dangers and accepted responsibilities.

Like come on! Mainstream media needs to stop kicking a dead horse, they aren’t going to get any different reaction. Gonna need some new material…

Switching back and forth between Floyd, Rittenhouse, and the nut with the knife isn’t doing it.

They’ve barely ran a story on those 2 LA cops that got shot in the face yet? Maybe they can find a way to make them the bad guys, while they were sitting around doing nothing, but eating donuts and listening to the radio.

I find it absolutely ridiculous…

A kid shares his class assignment and beliefs online and is targeted by other students and their parents? Watch the next thing we wi hear about this is some kind of leftist BS white hate smear campaign and the kid and his whole family will magically come out as “racists” and long standing members of the KKK or something… Maybe they’ll find a “noose” in his locker. 🙄

What’s to stop the discrimination coming towards this student now? Before it was one students opinion and belief against another’s… Which is a way of learning and educating amongst peers in a normal school setting.

Now that parents and the faculty of the school have sided with the “Snowflakes” and sensitive parents it opens the door for the child who wrote the assignment to be labelled as “Wrong” or “Racist” when in reality all they did was share their opinion and beliefs on who their heroes are.

The student either really means what they wrote or they just wrote it as a gimmick to enrage others around them (which I wouldn’t doubt I today’s world) it makes perfect sense to try and get some attention that way with everything that is going on in the news and online

We should all be allowed to lay claim to whoever we want as our “personal” heroes, even if they do seem to prickle the tempers of others around us… It’s up to this child’s parents to police and address anything they seem right or wrong – just because an essay was shared online doesn’t mean it can be #Cancelled

Then again, that seems to be precisely the way our lives are going… It seems that it only takes a small percentage of loud, obnoxious, and fragile people to get upset and completely shutdown or cancel something someone else has created or simply believes in.

I’m sure there are better people and more appropriate people for a highschool student to label as their Hero… But, there was other names on the list, men whom are far above the status of Kyle Rittenhouse, Kyle is just normal citizen who has all that negative attention in the media.

Obviously, this is an attention grab and a shocking statement this student wanted to make and it worked.

It’s just weird that adults and Canadian media outlets and using it for their leftist white hate narrative.

Physical Activity & Healthy Living – How Mormonism Helped Kick-start A Health Regime

It wasn’t long after I began the process of quitting tobacco that I began to phase out other unhealthy practices! That my physicality and passion for Boxing/MMA followed…

I kicked my addiction habits and “sobered” up almost 6 months before I met my Mormon brother’s! But, they deserve a pat on the back nonetheless!

Let me tell you a true tale (very boring)

Two very good friends of mine, who happen to be missionaries, friends whom I encountered purely by chance!

Friends whom, if NOT for personal studies/research I NEVER would have met 💔

After mentoring and counseling for 1 month straight I FINALLY got a scheduled baptism!

I was SO excited…

But, they were “overruled” by the Moncton Area’s ‘Ward’ leader/head? I believe an elder or bishop? Nonetheless, they’re someone who has the priesthood authority and they deemed me “unclean” therefore I could not be baptized. ALLEGEDLY!

This broke my heart, I had worked so hard, studied scripture front to back, and although I knew of the atonement and gospel of Christ I NEVER expected to be singled out and DENIED salvation for both myself and my young son…

However, I persevered – quit these “taboo” prescription medications they didn’t like and Tabbacco and they even wanted me to forfeit my right and medical privilege of smoking marijuana!

For salvations sake I did what was asked 🤷‍♂️

Now I am coming up on my new baptism date and I’ve been getting FIT the whole way.

The Church of Jesus Christ and the Latter-Day-Saints’ don’t get ALL the credit however! And this might shock you to hear…

But, NEITHER does GOD! 🙏

I remember about 4 months ago… Around beginning of April, that was when I met two missionaries from Utah/Idaho/Salt Lake area.

We became extremely close after I invited them over to my house!

I invited them over in response to an FB Market Advertisment stating they had ‘Books of Mormon and English/French Bible’s For FREE’

I asked (my books were getting ratty) Also, because I had no french Bible’s, and had currently been brushing up on my billingualism!

I messaged the Elders and stated “I’d love to have a new copy of the King James version New Testament and a book of Mormon in French and in English.” They were only allowed to give me one or each and I had to select the language.

I awarded my new friends with a $20 McDonald’s gift card and some other things along the way to make up for the cost of Bible’s and the time they’ve invested in me.

And they’ve done likewise! Always returning favors and being there whenever I need someone to talk with.

It wasn’t long before we got talking and I was soon to realize; that these two particular missionaries, and myself had a lot in common! Despite the VAST contrast in our ways of life, where we grew up, and interpersonal mannerisms… We ended up becoming very good friends and they mentored and taught me MANY things I did not know.

It wasn’t long before we were meeting twice every week either digitally or in person. The Mormon church in Moncton New Brunswick is just up the road from my house.

We learn so much from one another! The 3 of us philosophized on anything and everything you could imagine. It was like a bad Newfoundlander joke – 2 clean cut, well groomed, exceptionally tall, and charming young Americans going out to eat, wearing their suits, ties, and LDS missionary badges- all the while entertaining and being entertained by a recovering drug addict and a very vocal maritimer during all this “Pandemic” craze…

Amidst all our discussions on scripture, life, atonement, the gospel of Christ, the families of biblical days, the restoration of the “TRUE” church, and through many other topics; I FOUND the motivation/ambition I NEEDED to better my life even more than I already had.

When I was denied baptism because of personal stereotypes of SOMEONE I have literally NEVER even met…

When I was literally told I was not “clean” enough to be dunked in water and blessed… I was crushed!

All I was asking was to give myself to God and be accepted into a community that I’m ALREADY supposedly part of.

I felt alienated, repressed, held back, and it moved me emotionally giving me the strength I needed to do some of the things I had been putting off.

Through friendship, valuable mentorship, and general comradory – a bond was formed between 3 youngmen, and that bond has links to the church, God, my heart, life, and it goes across borders! It’s a bond of the utmost trust and respect (mutually) I mean, this relationship I have formed with these strange missionaries from a “distant land” (sarcasm)…

Well, it’s one of the MOST meaningful relationship I’ve formed with male peers in A VERY long time.

Indeed, my friend! Imagine if Trump did this…

If any ‘right-winged’ entity did this it’d be “cruel!”, “inhumane”, or plain “evil!” – if anyone on the left does it, it’s “ingenious!”, “Innovative!”, Or “thoughtful!”…

It’s complete and utter hypocrisy and it’s disgusting! Not because the kids are inside bubbles… Because, someone thought to put them there KNOWING they aren’t actually in danger… 🤢

Everyone should be judged fairly and awarded justly based on their personal achievements, regardless of circumstance, ethnicity, and their personal beliefs!

It’s true that most “Right-wingers” are ASS***** – this is just a fact of life! There is now law against being abrasive, curt, and to the point… Politicans and business people aren’t employed or elected to “care about our feelings”… I agree that sometimes many if the politicans (Trump being a great example) are a bit too calloused. Some interpersonal skills might go a long way!

It’s also true that most “left-wingers” are understanding, polite, and considerate. Lately, that all seems like a facade just to enforce tyrannical mandates and legislation that ONLY a minority agree with.

It “technically” is out there for everyone to see, it’s just obscured or “hidden” behind a wall of “misinformation” and this is one of the big problems.
My grandma and grandfather aren’t going to have the ability or means to SEARCH and really DIG to the bottom of “things”.

There was a time when people who questioned ANY of the occasional false narratives or corrupt agendas ran by the “elite”, “media moguls”, “authoritarians”, or the all mighty and all powerful “They” – lately if you don’t keep your cool or conform to PC culture it seems you can’t even have your say or even be “involved” with the “real world” now it seems these people are humiliated and treated like that fella from ancient aliens…

It’s all getting quite scary and I understand why people are so DEFENSIVE or OFFENSIVE about, well EVERYTHING!

Instead of sitting down and talking with one another – This new cancel culture, with a little bit of political correctness sprinkled on top… Has seemingly turned us all into irritable, narrow-minded, intolerable “zealots” and I’ve even seen the term “Marxist” thrown around lately… It’s getting #Ridiculous

-These are VERY scary times and we all like to feel safe/protected in our houses, with our video games, tv, media, and fast food.. But, simply because you see someone bettering themselves, making a difference, being “different”, or going against the grain shouldn’t make ya wanna hurt them or hold them back… It should make you HAPPY and PROUD! Positive emotions, unless it hurts you if course..?

I see this constantly!

It drives me absolutely insane!

My friends, family, co-workers, and acquaintances alike seem to be ATTACKING each other or “throwing” each other “under the bus” so to speak…

All at each other’s “throats” and jockeying for authority. It’s mostly over trivial shit from what I observe… Meaningless shifts in authority, financial tirades, wounded pride, and powerful egos (we all see it, we just ignore it) We all judge the strangers and people we don’t know…

Yet, We hide all the “skeletons” each of us have hidden in our own closets – almost EVERYONE I know has some personal horror story or domestic issue that they keep “hidden” or “discreet”… I’ve seen people shun their closest friend simply for trying to seek help on an embarassing issue! It’s disgusting behavior and it’s everywhere; in our homes, work place, government, and the very infrastructure and facilities of our natuon.

EVERYONE pretends to be the perfect “Sears catalog” family… When most of us are just as bad as the people we condemn.

ALL of these personal and “domestic” issues translate into professional life and all these business-type people, elites, and authoritarians are; “just as human, as the next person.” – we are all equal – we are all born naked, and people should be judged on their personal achievements and merits! Not on what mud the people who don’t like them can sling or the rumors their rivals spread.

Narcissism and egotistical mindsets run rampant in our world… It’s become part of culture, It’s become a way of life, It’s sadly become the norm – When everyone complains about social media or kids spending too much time on their cell phone… In my opinion what they’re really complaining about is the lack of human empathy and interpersonal relations we have in today’s world.

Be careful about where, who, and what you get your “news” from… It won’t be long before you can’t trust the news you read, the things you hear, and what you see (on a screen). It’s getting harder and harder to believe it, we have SO much! – Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, WhatsApp, Zoom, Skype, MSN Instant Messenger, etc.

Why Do So Many Allow Themselves To Be Fooled?

I recently seen someone post…

“Whether COVID19 is real or not- Why is there so much fascism and economic distraction?”

First of all I found the use of the words fascism here to be quite “out of context” However, I understand what the OP was saying.

Which leads me to my issue – it seems to me that there’s a lot of people that just want to play devil’s advocate and “lick boots”

Any of these “Truthers” or “Free Thinker’s” are CONSTANTLY “shot down” and EVERYTHING they post suffers the UPMOST “scrutinization”! (A lot of the times scrutinization that is totally unmerited)

Meanwhile, The mainstream media and authoritarians of the world can just say and do whatever they want…

And then every Ken / Karen in the province and all the middle-aged “wannabes” just agree with what they say… Simply, because it’s “easy” (to me that is PATHETIC) I have friends and family who I know for sure don’t agree with what’s going on…

However, they just go along with it all because of their wife, or coworkers, employer, or anyone else who’s in a position of authority within their “life”.

I understand the sentiment and their ideology behind this…

I just think it’s complete cowardice and unpatriotic to allow what’s happening, to happen, WITHOUT at least giving your opinion and voicing your concern!

Especially, if you’re a parent or a mentor/role model for youth in ANY way… They’re the future! We have a responsibility...

The “fascism /” and “economic distraction” is happening – it’s all a sick game to the authoritarian elite…

Many Think $15/Hour Is “Too Much” For Restaurant Staff

Should fast food workers and restaurant staff be paid more than minimum wage? Is $15 an hour too much?

Strangely enough with my life experience, skill set, and work history – I’d say, yes they do!

You can’t even afford an apartment with $15 CAD an hour and minimum wage is only $12 CAD not even.

Personally I find working in a warehouse, on a road crew, or driving truck/operating equipment to be a lot easier...

Especially, when we’re talking stress levels and the crazy amounts of pressure that come along with customer relations and dealing with the general public!

Then again, I’ve seen these other places that are like ant hills, and there’s always a couple people who hold it together; all the while getting no credit and little reward. It’s kinda sad…

These poor souls give their life blood to it and are never rewarded.

Sure half of it’s their own fault and they should move on – but man it’s so crazy that people don’t get recognized. It’s not going to kill one of these master multi-million dollar corporations to give someone a lil something extra.

That’s probably half the reason no one strives at these places, and we can’t get a decent coffee or sandwich.

Things will never be perfect, I just know people can’t live off of the current minimum wage (unless they partner up)
That’s a whole other issue there’s literal toxic relationships EVERYWHERE where the people stay in the abuse simply because it makes “financial sense”

Not everyone can do construction or drive equipment.

And honestly, I find those jobs to be “easier”.

Heck, driving a forklift around a warehouse was the easiest thing I did in my life…

Digging a hole? Hammering a nail? Cake. Dealing with assholes like me… MISERABLE!

I know it’d be pretty depressing if we woke up one day and every single fast food worker was on strike.

NB Fishing – Things Allegedly Got A Little “Racey”

This is the photo that’s got all these people angry… There’s nothing wrong here and this is completely legal – seems as many are having a hard time understanding that… We do in fact have problems with salmon endangerment here… But, This is not an example of that. This is legal, regulated, and fair.

Initially I congratulated the original poster, thought nothing of it, and went on with my day… When I came back a few members of the page were in an uproar.

About an hour after the first post seem to be getting a lot of negative attention… A member of the NB fishing community posted this.

We all know the stereotyping is happening (from all sides) ,we see the negative comments, we see it in public, and we all know it’s not cool. It’s easy to get caught up in the “Competitive spirit” of things – particularly online…

Be proud of who you are, be proud of what you have – no matter what!

But like Perl Sav stated, let’s all get along and keep it clean! (Regardless of your ethnicity)

ESPECIALLY, here in NB! Because WE are ALL known to be the best darn fishermen and women in The Atlantic/North America, and likely the whole dang WORLD!

Trump – Good, Bad, Ugly, or Saint? (Crazy Rant)

How is it possible for Donald Trump to be in the MIDDLE of almost EVERYTHING – Yet, the MAN and PRESIDENT “seems” to be despised/resented by many?

Where is all the proof? Where is all the evidence backing up his ALLEGED racism?

All’s I see from my North American, Canadian, Canucked-out-standpoint (which is EXTREMELY UNBIASED) is a bunch of ENVIOUS and RESENTFUL bleeding hearts who cannot stand to give someone who isn’t the “nicest”, “warmest” or “kindest” man in the world, just a LITTLE credit…

So what if Trump’s an EhHole?

So what if he is “obnoxious” or “hurts feelings”?

There is no place for personal feelings and resentment towards a single individual in Federal, State, Provincial, National, International, Municipal, or ANY other form of LEGITIMATE Politics…

These men and women are governing the world! And many of the “topics” and “issues” they’re being forced to deal with are ridiculous – When we have so many serious issues.

Then here comes Trump and he actually tries to combat some of these REAL ISSUES – HE KNOWS that he has to play-ball with these extremists now (recently he’s relented a bit IMO) However, I can tell that he is just working that angle and doing his best to save himself from drowning.

Honestly, this was the turning point where I started having a bit more respect and appreciation for what Donald Trump’s been doing.

Obviously, a fellow like me is not going to like Donald Trump – capitalism doesn’t really do much for me, I come from a poor family and I never really had the capital for anything…

But, I can see the good he’s trying to do and the evil he’s trying to fight #Imo of course – I also see many good values from liberals, conservatives, The Democrats, The socialists (not so much), and many other political groupings.

What I’m trying to say is this…

Just because I wouldn’t sit in the same room as Donald Trump and PARTICULARLY enjoy MYSELF…

Doesn’t mean I don’t think he’s good at this job! Just because I wouldn’t agree with the man on many things, doesn’t mean “I’m right!” and “He’s wrong!” – people make mistakes, you know?

Leaders have to make the decisions and sometimes they make the wrong call – I for one know if I was in charge of the presidency of the United States of America. I’d have already had a bullet in my head because I’d have made so many mistakes…

If you look at the numbers, If you look at the progress, and if you look at the results – Trump has done way more than any of the other modern presidents (and most leaders in general) #IMiO

Me saying that doesn’t mean I worship the man or think he’s squeaky clean! it just means that I think he’s the man for the job… after all it’s not his fault this virus happened in the middle of his presidency!

That’s why he is determined to continue to direct the blame towards China (Even though we’ve yet to prove it)

Many BELIEVE (there is quite compelling data) that, that, is where #COVID19 originated “from” and “technically”… So I’m sure you can see my apprehension to join Mr Trump and pointing my finger.

In my opinion this is a global problem regardless of who is the blame – and it seems to me like Donald Trump is starting to get past the whole blame game and move on to that!

It’s just that Mr. Trump’s opposition simply can’t formulate a political argument WITHOUT “slinging mud” and/or concentrating on a trivial mistakes (which have already been gone over COUNTLESS times)

Personally, I think it’s unacceptable for a president to get up on stage over and over and talk down towards another superpower (China) however, here’s the thing…

GUESS WHAT? – Half of what Chinese PROPAGANDA says is “Americans Bad, China Good – Love China, Hate America” … Yet, that’s not racist because Americans are white and have long been the “badguy” and many times they WERE the GD bad guy! I’ll NEVER deny that…

But, that is his prerogative, if Trump wants to argue and “insult” China as a country (to an extent) and I’m sure he knew that people were going to consider him “xenophobic” after he did, what he did. Which was simply blaming China for the virus.

China and other countries to the exact same thing to America, The UK, and lately even Canada has been getting kicked around a lot and made fun of.

These are all stereotypes regardless of people’s color – If you dissed the United States of America you diss a massively large number of black people, Hispanic people, Chinese people, and all other races.

Because that’s what the American continent is now…

It’s a continent made up of all these different cultures – the only people with ORIGINAL rights are the Indigenous Americans and Canada’s First Nations.

But that’s neither here nor there at this moment. What happened back in the past was a tragedy, but that’s just it was the past. These leaders are doing quite a bit to try to repair this.

If you look within our own borders here in Canada it’s a crying shame… Our leadership is so weak and so out of touch, but I have a hard time even talking about it sometimes, what am I supposed to tell my son when he gets older? Either way I’m going to tell him to be proud of our country…

Of course all that’s been taken out of context and both his supporters and opposition; have created equal amounts of frustration and negative passion.

I constantly see Trump trying to combat child trafficking, overpriced medications, unemployment rates, schools, and I see him doing this in largely all black areas VERY OFTEN.

I’ll say it again… These men and women up there and around Donald Trump – The President of the United States of America! Well, they are TRYING to govern Countries here people, Nations! The world!

So here I am…

Sitting in my igloo with my Canadian tuxedo on, looking sexy as a penguin riding a polar bear, warming up my snowmobile, stirring some maple syrup with a hockey stick, and getting ready to go hunt some Moose – MINDING MY OWN eh?

One of Donald Trump’s personal posts on social media – He posts several of these daily from Twitter and Facebook – to me that’s a lot of work (REGARDLESS if he physically types it)

Everyone is trying to tear him down – Even when he does something “good” – I could not imagine the stress and fear this man would live with (once again this doesn’t mean I agree with EVERYTHING he says)
